Area Arrests for March 19

• Keith Lamont Bonds, 43, 935 Fort Mountain Drive, Chatsworth was charged Thursday by the Chatsworth Police Department with improper/erratic lane change, brake lights violsyion, taillight/lenses required, possession of meth, violating restrictions of driver’s license and Georgia resident has 60 days to change name/address.

• Scott Vaughn Edwards, 27, 4439 Blue Spring Road, Cleveland Tenn., was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of possession of meth.

• Tucker William Burns, 19, 1515 Pamela Way, Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault and battery/family violence.

• Audriana Brooklyn Collins, 23, 1856 Ridgeway Church Way, Ellijay, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with seat belt violation, possession of meth and possession of a drug-related object.

• Victor Garcia, 35, no address listed, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession to distribute meth, trafficking in meth and possession of meth.

• Daniel Hurtado, 17, 95 Mount View Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Chatsworth Police Department with violation of headlight violations, possession of drug-related objects and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Daniel Lee Newport, 29, 4774 Treetop Lane, Cohutta, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with terroristic threats and acts, DUI, disorderly conduct, hit and run (driver failed to return to accident scene), failure to maintain lane, no insurance and open container violation.

• Hector Sarmiento-Perez, 43, 211 N. Elm St., Rome, was placed on hold Friday at the Whitfield County jail for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Darryl Judith Pickett, 31, 3610 Buford Highway, Brookhaven, was charged Friday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Jose Danny Pineda, 37, 408 Bristol Place, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault, criminal trespass and cruelty to child (allow to witness felony battery, family violence).

• Robert Allen Poe, 32, 214 Patricia Ann Drive-2, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, failure to maintain lane and striking a fixed object.

• Pedro Barragan Valencia, 40, 141 N. Dale Ave., Calhoun, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession to distribute meth, parole violation, use of communication facilities in drug transactions, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, trafficking in meth and possession of meth.

• Thomas David Woody, 32, 1640 Fairburn Road, Atlanta was charged Friday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Angel Faye Bonds, 38, 409 Beech Court-A , Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI.

• Heath Alex Brewster, 38, 249 Dallas Way, Rocky Face, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, fleeing/attempting to elude police office, failure to yield, reckless driving, motorcycle passing in same lane as another, improper turn and failure to stop at stop sign.

• Isaac Wesley Davis, 31, 727 W. Tyler St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, failure to maintain lane and driving while license suspended or revoked.

• Wesley Roldan Deleon, 25, 348 Forest Hill Circle, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, DUI and headlights violation.

• Eugene Watson Parrish Jr., 51, 4376 Bass McHan Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s County Office with simple battery against a person 65 or pregnant, terroristic threats and acts, battery/family violence and criminal trespass.

• Derick Joseph Pharr, 36, 1931 Brandy Drive -2, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
