Area Arrests for May 22

• Heather Lynn Sutton, 30, 28 Robbies Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony parole violation.

• Tiffany Chantel Breeden, 20, 143 Academy Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Angelica Garcia, 20, 1023 Factory St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.

• John Frank Palmer Jr., 48, 202 Harbin Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with aggravated cruelty to animals and two counts of cruelty to animals.

• Zachary Burnette, 27, 545 Andy Lane, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, DUI and possession of drug-related objects.

• Austin Wade Hillian, 31, 7126 Lakeshore Drive, Chattanooga, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and open container violation.

• Joseph Dewitt Tucker, 57, 1116 Willowdale Road-2A, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
