Area Arrests for May 24

• William Caine Brock, 34, 2389 Tennga Gregory Road, Crandall, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by taking (automobile).

• Matthew Earl Carroll, 29, 459 Wilbanks Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Leah Leigh Eller, 29, 2855 Peachtree N.E., Atlanta, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of felony probation violation.

• Joseph David Elliott, 43, 1220 Brown Bridge Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Donald Wayne Moore Jr., 28, 1797 Carter Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with felony parole violation.

• Mark Kinsey Pierce, 53, Robinwood Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, failure to stop at a railroad crossing and bicycle must be on the right side of the roadway.

• Michael Allen Thorne, 38, 3864 Old Dixie Highway, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and probation violation.

• Dennis Eugene Walden, 48, 517 Moriah Noel Drive, Resaca, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Kaleb Austin Walden, 22, 3837 Old Dixie Highway, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
