• Nicholas Gage Patton, 17, 1003 Spring Place Smyrna Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of one ounce or less of marijuana, obstruction of an officer and contraband across guard lines.

• Christopher Lee Duvall, 26, 147 Tibbs Bridge Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by receiving stolen vehicle, felony probation violation, giving false information to a law enforcement officer, open container violation, removing or affixing license plate with intent to conceal and driving without a valid license.
• Robert Austin Cleary, 18, 3648 Miller Drive N.E., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Lauren Nicole Jonason, 22, 613 Mountain Crest Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, DUI (multiple substances), possession and use of drug-related objects, failure to maintain lane and headlights violation.

• Dwight Henton Reed, 49, homeless, Tunnel Hill, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
• Jose Anthony Rojas-Murgia, 18, 18 Cobb St., Greenville, S.C., was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and speeding.
• Stephanie Nicole Rios-Martinez, 19, 3909 W. Freedom Circle, Ooltewah, Tenn., was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Juan Angel Sanchez-Ramirez, 24, 231 Evergreen St., Warner Robins, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, failure to maintain lane, two counts of open container violation and driving without a valid license.
• Isaac Jesse Stacy, 26, 3801 Meers Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Varnell Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession and use of drug-related objects, driving without insurance, driving while license is suspended or revoked and a tag/decal violation.
• Christopher Andrew Biddy, 31, 536 Heritage Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, driving while license is suspended or revoked, two counts of improper turn, open container violation, fleeing/attempting to elude police officer, three counts of failure to maintain lane, two counts of failure to stop at stop sign, passing on a hillcrest or curve and reckless driving, and was charged by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, driving too fast for conditions, driving while license is suspended or revoked and failure to maintain lane.
