• Jeffery Wayne Branson, 31, 412 Treadwell Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of drug-related objects and possession of meth.
• Kyle Ray Congeden, 20, 57 N. Wide Oak Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
• Jacob Randall Corbin, 25, 2200 Ridge Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department as a fugitive from justice.
• Hector Antonio Feliciano-Torres, 26, 290 Gaz Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with simple battery, parole violation and misdemeanor shoplifting.
• Joseph Shane Franklin, 37, 2003 Schmidt Road, East Ridge, Tenn., was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Brian Lamar Gilbert, 29, 128 Creekview Road, Calhoun, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with crossing a guard line with drugs without consent, possession of meth, willful obstruction of law officers, possession of drug-related objects (first and second offense), fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

• Kimberly Diane Jones, 39, 1408 E. Morris St., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth with intent to distribute, crossing a guard line with drugs without consent, sale of meth, two counts of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, two counts of possession of meth, use of communications facilities in drug transactions, possession of drug-related objects (first and second offense), possession of tools for the commission of crime and possession and use of drug-related objects.
• Xernona Ann Keener, 45, 3807 Chattanooga Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts, simple battery (family violence) and cruelty to children (deprivation of sustenance).
• John Wesley McBee, 50, 237 Tackle Way, Cohutta, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and failure to maintain lane.
• Jacquil Anthony Lightfoot, 23, homeless, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office as a fugitive from justice.
• Christine Michelle Rodriguez, 45, 133 Sabrina Way, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of drug-related objects (first and second offense).
