• Nicholas Gage Patton, 17, 1003 Spring Place Smyrna Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with purchase, possess, manufacture, distribute or sale marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.

• Christopher Fitzgerald Smith, 35, 499 N. Pass Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, discharge firearm while under the influence of alcohol and aggravated assault (family violence).

• Robert Daniel Acker Jr., 57, 531 Bear Creek Road, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of felony probation violation.

• Sonnie Dean Carter, 26, 411 Meeting St.-30, Dalton, was charged Monday by state probation with felony probation violation.

• Heidi Ann Ertmer, 34, 113 Felker Circle N.E., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with hindering apprehension or punishment of a criminal.

• Stephen Mason Kendrick, 19, 3615 Highway 286, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale or intent to sell marijuana.

• Mitchell Vincent Mayorga, 30, 2015 Ivy St., Chattanooga, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with identity theft.

• Randy Lee Mullins, 56, 3437 Airport Road, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation and misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers.

• Shaw Lee Richardson, 20, 2281 Waring Road N.W., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale or intent to sell marijuana, possession of a schedule 1 drug, possession and use of drug-related objects and possession of tools for commission of crime.

• Bobby Joe Ridley, 55, 1537 Roosevelt Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Patrick Wayne Carter, 25, 211 Whitmire Circle, Tunnel Hill, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (drugs) and driving without insurance.

• Javier Hernandez-Reina, 28, 603 Stoney St.-9, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with entering auto with intent to commit theft or felony, giving false information to law officer and loitering/prowling.

• Kay V. Self, 58, 643 Swanson Road, Ringgold, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (drugs), tag violation, running red light, driving without insurance and driving without license on person.
