• Brett Lamar Bonds, 35, 325-A Fields Ave., Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, giving false information to a law enforcement officer, willful obstruction of law officers, driving while license is suspended or revoked and running a red light.
• Jerry Wayne Cantrell Jr., 29, 118 Atlantic Drive, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
• Brittany Clark, 18, 589 Roberson Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with financial transaction card fraud.
• Patricia Kendall Clayton, 46, 252 Wilson Road-F, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
• Clay Travis Dickey, 50, 2908 Old Rome Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of crime and possession and use of drug-related objects.
• Cinthea Marie Garrison, 25, 216 E. 20th St., Rome, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.
• Avery Clarence Keck, 64, 131 Timbervale Drive N.W., Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts and simple assault.
• Brandon Lee Ramirez, 23, 589 Roberson Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft of auto, financial transaction card theft and theft by taking.
• Aaron Scott Cooley, 28, 1306 Underwood St.-215, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with felony probation violation, failure to appear and giving false information to a law enforcement officer.
• Nicholas Lee Wright, 37, 58 Holly Creek Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (drugs) and too fast for conditions and by the Dalton Police Department with failure to yield when entering intersection and hit and run.
