• Jeston Mario Brafford, 32, 155 Loomis Way, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute and use of communication facilities in drug transactions.

• Keisha Kate Chastain, 37, 316 Hunts Gin Road, Calhoun, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of a schedule 2 drug and possession of meth.

• Billy Dewayne Couch, 48, 242 Wagner Drive-D, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth.

• Teresa Dale, 61, 316 Fifth Ave., Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Eton Police Department with DUI (multiple substances) and hit and run.

• Jarrod Christopher Gebert, 27, 1919 Pond Ridge Court, Snellville, was charged Tuesday by the Eton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Jessica Regina Halsrud, 34, 3900 Tibbs Bridge Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with use of communication facilities in drug transactions, criminal attempt to commit a misdemeanor and misdemeanor fleeing/attempting to elude police officer.

• Jami Brooke Johnson, 20, 1369 Ridge Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth.

• Shirley Joan Lee, 52, 420 Hasty Drive, Tunnel Hill, was charged Tuesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession and use of drug-related objects and driving while license is suspended or revoked.

• John Ryan Lowry, 38, 4828 Ridgewood Creek Drive N.W., Acworth, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Miguel Angel Morales 28, 1207-B Davenport Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth with intent to distribute, trafficking in meth and use of communication facilities in drug transactions.

• Martin Ortega Jr., 30, 805 Stillwood Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Aubry Drake Stanley, 18, 2399 Highway 52 Alternate, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated stalking.

• Bernie Christopher Fulfer, 44, 625 Lower Dawnville Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and running red light.

• Emmanvel Iseyemi, 22, 14514 Woodlawn Ave., Dolton, Illinois, was charged Wednesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Abdulai Kolawole, 22, 6101 N. Seeley Ave.-3, Chicago, was charged Wednesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of less than ounce of marijuana.

• Olufolajimi Lawal, 19 1 W. Perry Place, University City, Illinois, was charged Wednesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and speeding.

• Gary Dean Stokes, 43, 263 Airport Circle, Resaca, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, driving while license is suspended or revoked, tag violation, use of license plate to conceal identity of vehicle and driving without insurance.

• Johnathan Veal, 22, 13714 Lowe Ave., Riverdale, Illinois, was charged Wednesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Teon Whitt, 21, 7255 Spaulding Ave., Chicago, Illinois, was charged Wednesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
