• Danny Wayne Bramlett, 59, 99 First Ave., LaFayette, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with felony failure to appear.

• Samuel Eugene Everett, 44, 233 Rosewood Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by taking/larceny, criminal trespass (damage of $500 or less), loitering/prowling and misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers.

• Brady Sharaha Folks, 41, 465 Southern Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Charles Clinton Jackson, 54, 1059 Spring Place Smyrna Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Eton Police Department with DUI and violation of headlight requirements for all vehicles except motorcycles.

• James Harold Leamon, 63, 402 Old Apison Road, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects and misdemeanor probation violation.

• Jamie Ray Morgan, 24, 85 Chandlers Ridge, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and public drunkenness.

• Stephen Anthony Morrison, 42, 192 Gladstone Drive, Ringgold, was charged Tuesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Thomas Milton Preavette, 33, 6573 Highway 411 N., Crandall, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Clarence Louis Sledge Sr., 63, 1530 Craigtown Road N.E., Calhoun, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• Rena Faith Woods, 23, 3224 Shepard Drive, Rocky Face, was charged Tuesday by the Cohutta Police Department with possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects, misdemeanor probation violation and three counts of misdemeanor failure to appear.
