Area Arrests for Feb. 4

Editor’s note: The following information is compiled from public records taken from reports from local law enforcement agencies.

• Felicia Ann Cloer, 45, 2528 Old Federal Road S., Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by taking.

• Thomas Love, 47, 1279 Highway 411 S., Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Chatsworth Police Department with improper lane change/failure to maintain lane and DUI.

• Andrew Frances Loiseau, 35, 30 Pin Oak Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with criminal attempt to commit a felony, battery, aggravated assault and and criminal damage to business property.

• Dalton Cade Rogers, 24, 3070 County Road 34, Centre, Alabama, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with battery, aggravated assault (gun) and first-degree criminal damage to private property.

• Jacob Michael Meyer, 29, 111394 S.W. Crenshaw Ave., Arcadia, Florida, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession and use of drug-related objects, DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• William Grady Baughn IV, 33, 108 Seth Ridge Drive, Woodstock, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with terroristic threats and acts and disorderly conduct.

• Lindsey Cheyenne Clay, 42, 203 Hill Road-13, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with disorderly conduct, DUI, obstruction of an officer by threat/violence and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

• Dennis Wayne Shoemaker Jr., 55, 3607 Highway 286, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI (drugs), failure to maintain lane, taillights violation and improper lane change or usage.

• Nathan Chayne Shankles, 23, 185 Blackwood Place S.E., Calhoun, was charged Saturday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI.

• J. Mayelo Puentes, 28, 105 Princeton Way, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with murder (non-family, gun) and possession of a firearm/knife during the commission of a felony.

• Salvador Cruz, 27, 300 Patrol Road, Forsyth, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Marcus Curtis Green, 22, 750 Lynwood Ave., Nashville, Tennessee, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (drugs).
