Tommy Ingram Sr.

Mr. Tommy Richard Ingram Sr., 65, Rocky Face, died Sunday, July 11, 2010, in a local hospital. He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas and was a veteran of the U.S. Army during Vietnam. Mr. Ingram was a member of the Masonic Lodge for over 30 years and was of the Christian faith. He was a former employee of Sierra Transportation and was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Jackson and Anna Pearl Dawson Ingram; brother, Robert Davis; sister, Lois Davis Whittaker; and a niece, Alice Evans.
Survivors are the love of his life, Alma Redwine, Rocky Face; son, Tommy Richard Ingram Jr., Dalton; daughters, Tammy Oxford, Rossville, Vickie Ingram and Tippi Clayborne, son-in-law, Shawn Clayborne, all of Chatsworth; brother, John C. Davis, Fountain Valley, Calif.; sister, Joyce Gil, Wildwood; grandchildren, Chris Ingram, Rochelle Jarnagin, Justin Ingram, Jacob Knight, Johnathan Knight, Micayla Clayborne and Seth Clayborne; great-grandchildren, Hannah Oxford, Jaden Ingram and Corbin Ingram; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Lynn Hayes. Interment in Murray Memorial Gardens, Chatsworth.
