• Julio Cesar Espinoza, 26, 221 Flemming St., Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, use of license plate to conceal ID of vehicle, operating without property tag or decal and no insurance.
• David Shawn Rice, 27, 117 Kingdom Hall Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with probation violation (violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, or VGCSA).
