Area arrests

• Robert Allen Carlson, 33, 1106 Walston Ave., No. D-208, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Probation Office with felony probation violation.

• Christopher Jesse Casillas, 20, 560 Bethel Church Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Probation Office with felony probation violation.

• Amilcar Deleon, 30, 213 Red St., Cedartown, was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County jail by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• James Kenyon Demory, 31, 26963 Capshaw Road, Athens, Ala., was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Jonathan Tommy Dooley, 37, 4006 Crandall Ellijay Road, Crandall, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation (theft by taking).

• Tamika Lakesh Hawkins, 35, 2132 Rosen Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of schedule 1/2 drugs.

• Joshua Carl Haynes Lester, 24, 1700 Water Oak Drive, No. 148, Dalton, was charged by the Dalton Probation Office with felony probation violation.

• Jack Daniel Lewis, 48, 1787 Ruth St., Rocky Face, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, removing license plate with intent to conceal and operating without proper tag or decal.

• Patricia Lynn Lowery, 43, 735 Reed Pond Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Probation Office with felony probation violation.

• David Paralto, 36, 20 Peachtree Road, Rockmart, was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County jail by ICE.

• Iovain Enrique Ramirez-Ramirez, 27, 1199 East Ave., Cedartown, was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County jail by ICE.

• Adan Segura-Barrientos, 30, 1104 Salomon St., Cedartown, was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County jail by ICE.

• Sebastion Sandoval-Ramirez, 23, homeless, Cedartown, was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County jail by ICE.

• Cindy Marie Spence, 41, 320 Leyland Way, Rocky Face, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by receiving stolen property.

• Charlotte Jean Ware, 27, 388 Little Murray Road, Crandall, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• Julio Cesar Espinoza, 26, 221 Flemming St., Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, use of license plate to conceal ID of vehicle, operating without property tag or decal and no insurance.

• David Shawn Rice, 27, 117 Kingdom Hall Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with probation violation (violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, or VGCSA).
