Susan Bernice Warren

Mrs. Susan Bernice Warren, 45, of Dalton, departed this life Friday, July 1, 2011, at Hamilton Medical Center. She was born Sept. 24, 1965, in Floyd County.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Colin Purdy; parents, Harvey and Bernice Shelley of Rome; brother, Barry Shelley of Aragon; grandson, Brayden Purdy of Rome; special friends, Jay Pierce, Rayford and Dot Couch of Dalton.        

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Susan Bernice Warren will be held today at 2 p.m. at the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest in the Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.  

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. today.
