Area arrests

• Rodney Gene Aaron, 39, 402 N. Lakeshore Drive, Tunnel Hill, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of methamphetamine and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Avery Tyrone Branham, 35, 202 Bogle St., Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with felony theft by receiving stolen property and willful obstruction of law officers.

• Antonio Castillo, 37, 127 Nancy St., Rome, was placed on hold Wednesday at the Whitfield County jail by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Sasha Nicole Chambers, 23, 875 Reed Pond Road, No. 1, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Lisa Michelle Chitwood, 32, 308 Beedie Jones Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation (first degree forgery).

• Sharon Silvers Cox, 49, 2731 Woods Drive, Rocky Face, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Joe Charles Dean, 29, 155 Travis Parson Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony obstruction of an officer (two counts), burglary and felony probation violation (terroristic threats and acts, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act).

• Rodrick Keith Dupree, 46, 117 Summit Creek Drive, Stone Mountain, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Donald Patrick Famber, 25, 816 McAfee St., Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with burglary.

• Jullian Gastro, 36, 15 McGhee St., Rome, was placed on hold Wednesday at the Whitfield County jail by ICE.

• Shirley Ann King, 31, 484 Smyrna Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony obstruction of an officer (two counts) and burglary.

• Larry David Krahn, 56, 146 Burns Way, Rocky Face, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation (false imprisonment).

• Brian Keith Lockhart, 40, 514 Timberlinks Drive, Signal Mountain, Tenn., was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with financial transaction card theft and financial transaction card fraud.

• Tiffany Ashley Person, 21, 934 Avenue F, No. 8, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Jeremy Lynn Pryor, 21, 713 Happy St., Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Joanna Cameli Rosairo, 18, 1864 Ballground Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of drug-related objects and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• William Dale Sholts, 30, 8615 Old Cleveland Pike, Ooltewah, Tenn., was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by shoplifting.

• Lisa Michelle Smith, 39, 3672 Lower Dug Gap Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Nathan Korey Wheeler, 18, 209 N. Fifth St., Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.

• Cameron Lee Barbee, 19, 4863 Cleveland Highway, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Cohutta Police Department with entering an auto with intent to commit theft or felony, criminal trespass and possession of alcohol by a minor.

• Zachery Scott Delp, 26, 4810 Nicholsville Road, Resaca, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with obstructing a 911 call, simple battery (family violence), possession of meth, reckless conduct (three counts), possession of tools for the commission of a crime and pedestrian under the influence.

• Zachary Thomas Laird, 18, 829 Chattanooga Road, Cohutta, was charged Thursday by the Cohutta Police Department with entering an auto with intent to commit theft or felony and criminal trespass of property without permission.
