Nettie Ruth Williams Cochran

Mrs. Nettie Ruth Williams Cochran, 79, of Chatsworth, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Cochran was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Dennis Cochran, and her parents, Smokey Williams and Exie Cagle.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Travis and Cathy Cochran of Chatsworth; daughter, Dyanna Hayes of Chatsworth; sisters and brothers-in-law, Judy and Carl Cochran of Chatsworth, Martha and Horris Whorley of Chatsworth, Irene and Tony Kobe of Illinois; grandchildren, Kristy Curtis-Millsaps, Keshia Blair, Denise Bennett, Shelly Long, Danielle Walker and Jessica Filler; great-grandchildren, Jaxon Millsaps, Jhana Millsaps, Hope Cochran, Alyvia Blair, Destine Bennett, Melanie Bennett, Stephanie Bennett, Tristan Long, Troy Long, Ethan Filler and Chloe Filler.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Cochran will be Sunday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Donnie Flood officiating.

Interment will be at Fairy Valley Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Peeples Funeral Home and Crematory of Chatsworth is in charge of arrangements.
