Clyde L. Kinsey, 75, of Tunnel Hill, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2014, at Hamilton Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by Ernest and Tommie Kinsey, Kenneth Kyle Kinsey, Grady and Opal Defore.

Mr. Kinsey was a member of Grove Level Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia (Ginny) Kinsey of the residence; sons and daughter-in-laws, Van and Darline Kinsey of Nashville, Tenn., Mark and Angie Kinsey of Calhoun, Kevin Kinsey and David Jones of Alisa Viejo, Calif., Eric and Toni Kinsey of Chatsworth; brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Margie Kinsey of Dalton; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, James and Jeanette Coker of Dalton, Grady and Carol Defore of Tunnel Hill; grandchildren, Jennifer and Kyle Castleman, Ross, Elizabeth, April and Lauren Kinsey; great-grandchildren, Carlie Castleman; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral to honor the life of Mr. Kinsey will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Grove Level Baptist Church with Dr. Charlie Bridges officiating.

Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Van Kinsey, Mark Kinsey, Kevin Kinsey, Eric Kinsey, David Jones and Mike Kinsey.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 6 to 8 p.m.
