Freeman Page, 80, of the Deep Springs community, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2015, at Quinton Memorial Health Care Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Florence Page; brothers, Leonard and Carl Page; sisters, Dee Ette Scott, Thelma Hampton, Lois Meadows and Ann Coker.

He was a very talented musician and played guitar, mandolin and fiddle. He had many close friends in the community.

He is survived by his sisters, Faye (Denver) Langley, Hazel (Oddis) Gibson and Dorothy Weber, all of Dalton; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral is Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral with the Rev. Ronnie Chadwick and the Rev. Johnny Payne officiating.  

Burial will be in Deep Springs Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 5 to 8 p.m.
