Area Arrests for Nov. 22

• Joseph Curtis Messer, 20, 969 Sugar Creek Road, Crandall, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, open container violation, driving without a valid license, failure to maintain lane, knowingly driving a motor vehicle on a suspended, canceled or revoked registration and driving without insurance.

• Beverly Joan Beavers, 60, 788 Timberlake Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of meth and sale of or intent to sell marijuana.

• Johnny Douglas Brown, 74, 2713 Highway 41 N., Calhoun, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (multiple substances) and seat belts violation.

• Randy Lee Capehart, 52, homeless, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of a synthetic narcotic and probation violation.

• Loman Charles Craig, 20, 1910 City View St., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear and probation violation.

• Jacob Danl Goodson, 26, 250 Ridley Circle, Rising Fawn, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with sale, distribution or possession of dangerous drugs and drugs not in their original container.

• Matthew David Gorham, 38, 296 Glenn Wade Drive, Rossville, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• John Wesley McBee Jr., 30, 483 Lennox Way, Rocky Face, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, DUI (drugs), possession and use of drug-related objects, driving without a license, driving without insurance, failure to maintain lane, taillights violation and tire violation.

• Miguel Angel Nunez, 21, 644 Virginia Ave., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with sale of or intent to sell marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of crime, loitering/prowling, removing/affixing license plate with intent to conceal, tag/decal violation and failure to stop at a stop sign.

• Katie Lou Posey, 36, 601 Harian St.-21, Calhoun, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and a windshield violation.

• Haley Elizabeth Quarles, 23, 505 Middleton Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of crime, possession and use of drug-related objects, giving false information to a law enforcement officer, theft by shoplifting and crossing guard line with drugs without consent.

• Tanner Ellis Sanderson, 20, 122 Bud Hardy Road S.E., Calhoun, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• William Joshua Walker, 27, 1424 Burgess Drive-17, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Christopher Washington Jr., 35, 906 Sierra Place-25, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, failure to maintain lane, motorcycle helmet violation and driving too fast for conditions.

• Tyler Morgan Bogard, 24, 1410 Mack St.-12, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with two counts of sale of meth, felony probation violation, misdemeanor probation violation, driving while license is suspended or revoked and running a red light.
