• Jason Derek Savage, 44, 895 Sitton Road S., Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of one ounce or less of marijuana, possession of drug-related objects and two counts of receipt, possession or transfer of firearm by a convicted felon or felony first offender.

• Lexus Kerri Angel Edwards, 23, 161 Doss Lane, Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession of a schedule 2 drug and possession of drug-related objects.

• Justin Dewayne Fowler, 29, 979 Temple Grove Road, Crandall, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Toby Lee Gates, 22, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Carla Lee Marcelle Kerr, 44, 35 Red Oak Way, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.

• Derell Duane Langley, 48, 4731 Mitchell Bridge Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated stalking.

• Johnnie Lee Maney, 55, 270 McCamy Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with two counts of felony probation violation.

• Robert T. McRae, 47, 5911 Wentworth Ave., Chattanooga, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to maintain lane and following too closely.

• Thomas Blake Poteet, 22, 1107 Blue Springs Church Road, Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and driving while license is suspended or revoked.

• Deshawn Cornell Smith, 25, 4806 Tree Mountain Parkway, Stone Mountain, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, driving without insurance, theft by receiving stolen property, use of license plate to conceal identity of vehicle, tag/decal violation and driving while license is suspended or revoked.

• Sherman Lamont Washington, 35, 1300 Autumn Court-9, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, felony interference with government property, failure to maintain lane and open container violation.

• Gordon Ray Austin Jr., 33, 313 N. Spencer St.-3, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of a schedule 2 drug and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Aleatha Ann Bombita, 39, 789 Sam Love Road, Rocky Face, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of drug-related items and two counts of probation violation.

• Miguel Gonzalez-Lopez, 23, 1103 N. Third Ave.-9, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, running a red light, failure to maintain lane and driving without a valid license.

• Alejandra Hernandez, 24, 1114 Underwood St., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• Ronald Len Merrill, 49, 2119 Ooltewah Ringgold Road, Ringgold, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Jose Torres, 47, 1415 Heather Way, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and duty upon striking unattended vehicle.

• Bernerd Wayne Davis Jr., 40, 546 Reed Road, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated stalking and violation of family violence order.

• Tarren Clay Mason, 18, 252 Willow Way Drive, Lithonia, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, reckless driving, too fast for conditions and following too closely.

• Norberto Velasquez-Cortez, 56, 49 Cleveland St., Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with DUI, improper lane change/failure to maintain lane and driving too fast for conditions.
