Area Arrests for Sept. 13

• Harold Jay Hamrick, 47, 4198 Brown Bridge Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts and obstruction of an officer.

• Christopher Tyson Rollins, 33, 3183 Sonya Drive S.W., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession of drug-related objects.

• William Albert Derosier, 44, 4177 Brown Bridge Road S.E.-Lot Y, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, willful obstruction of law officers, possession of drug-related objects, headlights violation, driving while license is suspended or revoked, windshields and windshield wiper violation and operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended, revoked or canceled.

• Thomas Joey Emberson, 38, 223 Yuma Way, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Varnell Police Department with felony probation violation and giving false information to a law officer.

• Suzanna Brittany Gregory, 29, 2207 Williams Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth with intent to distribute, sale of meth, use of communication facilities in drug transactions, possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects and possession of tools for the commission of crime.

• Malcom Dale Jones, 62, 12016 Apison Pike, Apison, Tenn., was charged Monday by the Varnell Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, DUI (drugs), following too closely and fugitive from justice (Hamilton County, Tenn., domestic assault).

• Pedro Davila Salazar, 19, 407 Dantzler Ave., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with felony probation violation, criminal trespass, willful obstruction of law officers and furnishing, purchasing or possession of alcohol by a minor.

• Jasmine Denise Shumake, 29, 1318 N. Orchard Knob St., Chattanooga, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Jimmy Scott Stockton, 30, 1311 Old Dalton Ellijay Road-32, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Michael A. Tenorio-Rivera, 17, 3240 Underwood Road N.E., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, DUI (drugs), possession of tools for the commission of crime, failure to maintain lane, driving too fast for conditions, failure to report an accident resulting in property damage and driving without a license.

• John Caleb Borhman, 18, 4267 Country Way, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with drugs not in original container, possession of a schedule 3 drug, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and DUI (drugs).

• Tiffany Leann Holland, 27, 113 Park Canyon Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, open container violation, driving too fast for conditions, failure to maintain lane, seat belts violation and furnishing, purchasing or possession of alcohol by a minor.
