Mr. Billy Joe Greene, 65, of Chatsworth died Friday, Sept. 29, 2006, at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold Lee and Ethel G. Mathis.

Survivors include his loving wife of 38 yhears, Jerry Silvers Greene of Chatsworth; children and spouses, Bill and Alicia Greene, Tracy and Tammy Greene, all of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Lashay Greene and Derrick White; five stepgrandchildren; sister, Betty Jane Mathis Gilreath of Ringgold; companion, Peppi; several nieces and nephews.

Services are Sunday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with the Rev. William Silvers officiating.

Cremation will follow.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today after 5 p.m.
