Area Arrests for Sept. 23/24

Editor’s note: The following information is compiled from public records taken from reports from local law enforcement agencies.

• A 46-year-old Kissimmee, Florida, woman was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with driving with a suspended or revoked license, speeding and DUI (less safe).

• A 38-year-old Chatsworth man was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with fugitive from justice.

• A 20-year-old Dalton man was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, open container violation, driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to maintain lane, safety belts violation and running a red light.

• A 28-year-old Dalton man was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and duty upon striking a fixed object.

• A 52-year-old Rocky Face man was charged Thursday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with second-degree criminal damage to business property.
