One killed in road accident

An accident involving a motorcycle and a Toyota Camry Friday afternoon in Murray County left one person dead.

The accident happened at about 2:30 p.m. at the intersectionof Highway 411 and Highway 282, according to an operator with the Georgia State Patrol Calhoun post.

The operator said the name of the deceased could not be released Saturday and the cause of the accident is still under investigation.
