• Charles David Vance, 42, 334 Barney Pierce Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth with intent to distribute.

• Colby Mitchell Burch, 30, 3304 S. Dixie Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of meth, possession of meth and littering highway.

• Joshua D. Burdin, 32, 2100 Freewill Road N.W., Cleveland, Tennessee, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by receiving stolen property in another state and felony theft by deception.

• Randy Kent Chambers, 32, 669 Carbondale Road S.W., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Daniel Malachi Foust, 21, homeless, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with use of communication facilities in drug transactions, possession of meth, misdemeanor failure to appear, felony failure to appear, misdemeanor probation violation and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Esteban Garcia Jr., 19, 51 Corvette Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance and DUI under 21.

• Edgar Guerrero-Chavez, 26, 510 Ponders Drive S.E., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Timothy Ledford, 22, 113 May St., Adairsville, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Billy Dale Mann, 28, 671 Barry Road, Cedartown, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Sergio Israel Nunez, 27, 510 Underwood St.-71F, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, DUI and aggressive driving.

• Corey Zeth Parris, 26, 395 Cardinal Road S.E., Calhoun, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth.

• Matthew Gene Samarripas, 37, 1210 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard-1, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated identity fraud, identity theft fraud and misdemeanor probation violation.

• Benjamin Joshua Starks, 36, 613 Oxford St., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Bronson Thaboua, 27, 1131 Ridgeleigh Circle, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Waymond Renard White Jr., 25, 791 Bermuda St.-E2, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of or intent to sell marijuana, use of communication facilities in drug transactions, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers.

• Julian Rogelio Carrasco, 19, 125 Crusher Run Way, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Varnell Police Department with drugs not in the original container and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Nancy Gil-Alvarado, 26, 117 S. Spencer St.-2, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Matthew A. Haggard, 24, 9211 Lawford Way, Ooltewah, Tennessee, was charged Friday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI and speeding.

• Obed Naftali Mendez, 19, 3234 Rauschenberg Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Varnell Police Department with DUI (drugs) and failure to maintain lane.

• Alexis Pacheco-Quijano, 19, 1706 Ross Way N.W., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of entering an automobile with the intent to commit theft or felony.

• Daniel Trejo, 17, 4045 Sydney Circle, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of meth, misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers and possession and use of drug-related objects.
