• Thomas Callahan, 71, 220 Sabu Way, Cincinnati, Ohio, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, following too closely, open container violation and hit and run.

• Robin Denise Maly, 32, 907 Jones St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Aurelio Manriquez, 39, 1114 Hill St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession and use of drug-related objects and felony parole violation.

• Johnny Lee Jeffery Mills, 46, 31278 Highway 48, Graham, Alabama, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Gisselle Natalie Rios, 18, 151 Tuscan Way, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of a schedule 1 drug.

• Denisha Ann Simmons, 36, 2514 Sixth Ave., Chattanooga, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by shoplifting and criminal trespass.

• Larry David Sutton, 40, homeless, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary in the second degree, misdemeanor theft by taking, misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers and possession of a firearm or knife during commission of a felony.

• Christopher Wright Arrants, 39, 3914 Halisport Drive, Kennesaw, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated battery (family violence) and battery (family violence).

• Andrew Dean Buford, 38, 1709 Sutton Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Varnell Police Department with felony failure to appear, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, tint violation, headlight violation, tag violation and driving while license is suspended or revoked.

• Arnoldo Cornelio-Ortiz, 40, 2502 Beurton Circle, Monroe, was charged Saturday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI, speeding and driving without a valid license.

• Eric Hicks, 37, 819 Wells Road, Maryville, Tennessee, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, speeding, driving while license is suspended or revoked and windshield violation.

• Morgon Mathis, 28, 1708 Chestnut Oak Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.

• Tamarick Jamelle Ming, 43, 1717 Centravilla Drive-A11, Atlanta, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with felony theft by taking.

• Frank Hoover Weaver, 23, 420-C Florence Ave., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Norman Harlan Bartlett, 53, 443 Florence Ave., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated stalking and violation of family violence order.

• Micheal Busie, 33, 184 Ruben Drive N.E., Calhoun, was charged Sunday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI and speeding.

• James Hicks, 49, 5037 Millstone Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• Angela Michelle Jones, 41, 431 Nordic Road, Crandall, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Reese Laighton, 24, 606 Cherokee Trail N.W., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, battery (family violence) and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Jose Luis Rendon, 19, 403 Ironwood Way, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, reckless conduct with an auto, running a red light, passing in a no-passing zone, failure to stop at stop sign, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, speeding, felony fleeing or attempting to elude police officer and furnish, purchase or possession of alcohol by a minor.

• Ashley Trammell, 27, 2410 Little John Trail S.E., Marietta, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and following too closely.
