• Thomas Callahan, 71, 220 Sabu Way, Cincinnati, Ohio, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, following too closely, open container violation and hit and run.

• Robin Denise Maly, 32, 907 Jones St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Aurelio Manriquez, 39, 1114 Hill St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession and use of drug-related objects and felony parole violation.
• Johnny Lee Jeffery Mills, 46, 31278 Highway 48, Graham, Alabama, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.
• Gisselle Natalie Rios, 18, 151 Tuscan Way, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of a schedule 1 drug.
• Denisha Ann Simmons, 36, 2514 Sixth Ave., Chattanooga, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by shoplifting and criminal trespass.
• Larry David Sutton, 40, homeless, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary in the second degree, misdemeanor theft by taking, misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers and possession of a firearm or knife during commission of a felony.

• Tamarick Jamelle Ming, 43, 1717 Centravilla Drive-A11, Atlanta, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with felony theft by taking.
• Frank Hoover Weaver, 23, 420-C Florence Ave., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession and use of drug-related objects.
• Norman Harlan Bartlett, 53, 443 Florence Ave., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated stalking and violation of family violence order.
• Micheal Busie, 33, 184 Ruben Drive N.E., Calhoun, was charged Sunday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI and speeding.
• James Hicks, 49, 5037 Millstone Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Angela Michelle Jones, 41, 431 Nordic Road, Crandall, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.
