• Tiffany Chantel Breeden, 26, 93 Shirley Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Timothy Allen Carroll, 48, 1358 Hawkins Branch Road, Crandall, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony parole violation.

• Steven Conner, 27, 426 Glenhill Circle, Chattanooga, was charged Wednesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of drugs not in the original container, driving while license is suspended or revoked and driving without insurance.

• Christian Nicole Hope-Bunch, 23, 585 Cherry Mill Lane, Tunnel Hill, was charged Wednesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (drugs) and seat belt violation.

• Demetruis Leon Minter, 37, homeless, Atlanta, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Richard John Remlinger, 43, 154 Doe Trail, Resaca, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated stalking.

• Maria Silao, 27, 5116 Western Blvd., Jacksonville, N.C., was charged Wednesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with theft by receiving stolen property in another state, theft by bringing stolen property into the state, theft by receiving stolen vehicle, driving without a valid license and fugitive from justice (Hamilton County, Tenn.).

• Julia Winter Simmons, 21, 430 First St. N.E., Rome, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of cocaine and use of communication facilities in drug transactions.

• Misty Dawn Southern, 38, 306 Crystal Place-7, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Jose Trejo, 30, 121 Diamond Way, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Bridgett Nicole Cloer, 17, 22 North Georgia Speedway Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with burglary.

• James Michael Marvuglio, 36, 204 Ina Drive, Rocky Face, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation and by the Georgia State Patrol with taillight violation and driving while license is suspended or revoked.

• Corwin Brent Perry, 31, 1011 Carriage Way, Loganville, was charged Thursday by the Department of Public Safety with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of alcohol in a commercial motor vehicle.

• Jacob Chris Sales, 38, 89 Pate Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, open container violation and duty upon striking unattended vehicle.

• Joseph Silva, 32, 113 Meadow Court, Fairburn, was charged Thursday by the Department of Public Safety with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of alcohol in a commercial motor vehicle.

• Tomie Virginia Witt, 26, 1009 Cargal Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of felony failure to appear.
