Area Arrests for March 15

• Darrel Glen Davis, 47, 60 E. Brood St., Hoschton, was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of meth, possession of hydrocodone, possession of a schedule 4 drug, drugs not in the original container, possession of drug-related objects, impeding the flow of traffic and a taillights/lenses violation.

• Joshua David Shirey, 28, 190 Torino Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, possession of a schedule 4 drug, drugs not in the original container, failure to report accident with property damage, improper lane change/failure to maintain lane, driving too fast for conditions and failure to obey a stop sign or yield after stopping.

• Mariena Laffye Alexander, 44, no address listed, was charged Tuesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of meth, possession of hydrocodone, possession of a schedule 4 drug, drugs not in the original container and possession of drug-related objects.

• Kasey Francen Beaty, 32, 182 Johnson Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth.

• Jeremy Shane Dempsey, 44, 4786 Cleveland Highway, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Dickie Lee Haynes, 48, 473 Corvette Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Manuel Favela Hernandez, 29, 644 S.E. 21st St., Oklahoma City, Okla., was charged Tuesday by an outside agency with felony failure to appear.

• Stephen Dale Kinsey, 43, 2840 Lower Mill Creek Road, LaFayette, was charged Tuesday by an outside agency with felony failure to appear.

• Kayla Ann Martinez, 17, 1461 Raider Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers.

• Stacy Lynn McKeehan, 34, 66 Harley Lee Drive, LaFayette, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession of drug-related objects.

• Dylan Palmer, 25, 216 Gateway Drive, Rocky Face, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Melissa Lynn Parsons, 45, 263 Wilson Ave., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Laura Ann Reeves, 32, 1099 Norton Bridge Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Jason Ray Whitener, 41, 103 Green Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of meth and possession of drug-related objects.

• Kaesarea Ani Williams, 36, 1607 Eucalyptus Drive, Chattanooga, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with forgery in the first degree and giving false information to a law enforcement officer.

• Kingston Demetri Teal, 18, 1605 Beechland Place-3, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, DUI (drugs), use of license plate to conceal identity of vehicle, violation of class D licenses and improper registration of a vehicle.
