Buddy Ray, 61, of Dalton, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2007, at Hamilton Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Eva Ray.

He is survived by six sisters, Ada Coker, Alice Faye Henry, Glenda Cabe, Patsy Monroe, Peggy Wright and Sheila Parker, all of Dalton; special friend, Elizabeth Jackson of Dalton; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.

A graveside service is today at 4 p.m. at the Grove Level Cemetery with the Rev. Darey Kittle officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home toay from 2 p.m. until the service at 4 p.m.
