Road work continues in Murray County

Georgia Department of Transportation crews continue today to replace damaged reflective raised pavement markers on Ga. Highway 2 in Murray County. The work will continue daily through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., weather permitting. The work will “force pacing traffic on this highway,” GDOT said, which could include lane closures.

GDOT crews also continue to work on repairing the pavement on Ga. Highway 225 in Murray County. This work will continue through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and is also weather permitting.
