• Daryl Keith Caldwell, 46, 811 Colony Court, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of felony probation violation.

• Christy Michelle Chastain, 44, 1194 Leonard Bridge Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.
• Lonnie Gene Cureton, 57, 801 Rucky Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault.
• Scott Lynn Ellis, 43, 3742 Highway 411, Ocoee, Tenn., was charged Tuesday by an outside agency with felony bail jumping and failure to appear.
• Kayla Ruth Hicks, 32, no address listed, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of drug-related objects.
• Julio Juarez-Ramirez, 39, 126 S. Martiele St., Cedartown, was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County jail for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
• Manolio Lucas-Lopez, 34, 134 Melissa Lane-6, Cedartown, was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County jail for ICE.

• Edwin Eugene Roberts, 43, 1021 Cohutta-Beaverdale Road, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, driving on an expired license, driving without insurance, failure to maintain lane and too fast for conditions.
• Kayla Jenelle Williams, 24, 10611 S. Walbash Ave., Chicago, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.
• David Stephen Bennett, 47, 121 Jeremy Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of meth, possession of meth, possession of the tools for the commission of a crime, driving while license is suspended and taillight violation.
• Carlton Jenkins, 52, 646 East Ave., Atlanta, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of false identification, financial transaction card fraud, identity theft, willful obstruction of law officers and making false statements.
• Faundsworth Bernard Jones, 46, 8045 Antoine Drive, Houston, Texas, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with forgery in the second degree, identity theft, financial transaction card fraud, willful obstruction of law officers, giving false information to a law officer and making false statements.
• Tyler Andrew Underwood, 23, 712 Highway 225 S., Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
