The Whitfield County Senior Center — an activity center for people 50 and older  — is located at 302 Cappes St., Dalton, and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Editor’s note: The Whitfield County Senior Center menu for the month of August, which ran in the Weekend edition of the Dalton Daily Citizen, published on Aug. 2, was missing several days from the listing, and has been resubmitted to the paper. To avoid confusion, we are re-running the menu in full.
