Edward Mitchell Runion

Edward Mitchell Runion, 52, of Ringgold passed away Monday, Dec. 22, 2008, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Ed was a native of Chattanooga, had lived the past 15 years in Ringgold, and was a United States Army veteran. He had worked for several years as a manager with Captain D’s and was currently working as a truck driver with Florida Rock and Tank Lines. Ed never met a stranger and he will be missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Joan Runion and two brothers, William and Ronald Runion.
Survivors include his wife, Kim Lloid Runion; two daughters, Kristin Sullivan and Kasi Runion; son, Kristofer Runion; two stepdaughters, Beth and Tess Lloid; stepson, Seth Lloid, all of Ringgold; brother, Robert David Runion of Dalton; granddaughter, Aysia Wilson; cousin, Denny Runion of Sandy Springs; and several nieces and nephews.

Services are Saturday at 2 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home in Rossville.
Burial will be in Plowman Cemetery.
