• Robert Glenn Amos, 50, 2025 Utility Road, Rocky Face, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute an imitation controlled substance.

• Kenny Brian Becerra, 19, 409 Gryder Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, felony interference with government property, failure to stop at a stop sign and DUI.

• Gary Eugene Black Jr., 49, 127 Patterson Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• Jeremiah Levi Cavazos, 26, 1788 Riverdale Road N.E., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with failure to maintain lane, license plate violation, driving while license suspended, window tint violation, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and DUI.

• Kyle Garrett Ellis, 20, 1363 Ridge Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Sheenequa Ann Evans, 59, 1666 Woodlawn Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with battery (family violence) and interference with a 911 call.

• Jeremiah Mark Griffin, 22, 2036 Ballground Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Warren Henry Isenhower, 29, 1604 Carlwood Road, Rocky Face, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault, obstructing an emergency call and battery (family violence).

• Eric Nathan Lofty, 29, 98-E Evergreen Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with simple battery (family violence) and third degree cruelty to children.

• Karen Celina Mendez, 22, 1307 Ludie St., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Wendy Genice Moore, 39, 103 Vic Miron Drive, Cohutta, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Martin Ortega Jr., 21, 805 Stillwood Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with battery (family violence) and felony probation violation.

• Allen Lamar Rittenhouse, 56, 711 Houston Valley Road, 4-D, Tunnel Hill, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, open container violation, hit and run and no license on person.

• Jonell Lee Shoemaker, 25, 119 Blaylock Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession with intent to distribute an imitation controlled substance.

• Cecilio Lopez-Villagrana, 36, 11-C Lee Street, Cartersville, was placed on an immigration hold Thursday for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Darla Marie Garren, 31, 85 Parkview Drive, Ringgold, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary and theft by receiving stolen property.

• Justin Tyler Guffey, 19, 278 Pinecrest Drive, Resaca, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary and theft by receiving stolen property.

• Scott William Haldane, 35, 114 Glenbrook Drive, Trenton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with felony interference with government property.

• Margo Inguanzo, 33, 1104 Walston St., No. 104, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with first degree forgery.

• Jorden Grant Wade, 18, 2522 Falcon Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with speeding, reckless driving, license violation and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
