Ronald Britton

Ronald Britton, 53, of Dalton, died Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2010, at his residence.

He was born Sept. 7, 1957 in London, Ky. He was also preceded in death by his father, Donald Wayne Britton.

He is survived by his mother, Marjorie Elizabeth Nantz of Corbin, Ky.; son, Michael Darren Britton of Dothan, Ala.; brothers and sister-in-law, Don Britton of Dalton, Mark Parmon of Edgewood, Ky. and Joe and Teresa Parmon of Corbin; sister and brother-in-law, Rhonda and JB Brock of Gray, Ky.; three grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Ronald Britton are today at 7 p.m. in the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Jarrett officiating.

Graveside services services are Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Corbin.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today after 5 p.m.
