Life Fit group training
Life Fit is a Bradley Wellness Center approach to helping people achieve optimal health and quality of life through randomly-varied, high-intensity, functional group exercises. The program will have a new four-week session starting Monday, Dec. 4. Morning and evening sessions are available. The program will include weightlifting, bodyweight moves and interval training in a fitness program of high-intensity work lasting about 20 to 40 minutes; before and after assessments and performance testing to reveal improvement; and instruction in proper technique and safety from Crossfit Level 1 trainer Emad Bikhit. Barre 365
What is Barre 365? Barre 365 is a true cardio ballet workout. Each body-sculpting, fat-burning, endurance-building class incorporates barre exercises to gain muscle control, increase flexibility and develop long, lean muscles. Multiple days and times are available. Call Bradley Wellness Center for full schedule. Sessions are four weeks long and new sessions will be starting Monday, Dec. 4. The cost is $30 for members or $36 for non-members per session. Participants will receive a $10 discount off of the total if signing up for more than one session. Space is very limited. Choose to Lose information session
Choose to Lose, a weight loss and management program offered by Bradley Wellness Center, will be offered soon. To learn more about this program’s content, cost and times, attend a free information session on Tuesday, Dec. 5, from 6 to 7 p.m. To sign up for the information session, call (706) 278-9355. How to meal prep
Find out how meal prepping can bring organization and better health to your life. Learn from Jaimee Cooper, Bradley Wellness Center’s registered dietitian, at a class on Tuesday, Dec. 12. To sign up for the class, call (706) 278-9355. Members and non-members are welcome but registration is required. Space is limited. Entry fee to the class is a new, unwrapped toy (at least $10 value) or a $10 cash donation to the toy drive at BWC.

BWC community open house
All are welcome to attend Bradley Wellness Center’s first Holiday Open House. The event will be on Saturday, Dec. 9, from 5 to 7 p.m. Santa will be on site and kids can decorate cookies and write letters to Santa. There will be hot cocoa and snacks in the lobby for everyone to enjoy while they listen to local carolers.
25 rapid fat loss secrets class
Join personal trainer and fitness coordinator Tom Morrison as he shares the best fat loss tips he has learned over the years. The class, held on Tuesday, Dec. 19, from 6 to 7 p.m., will help you understand how your body really works to lose fat and why certain plans work and others do not. Kid’s Day
Have children ages 5 to 11? Bring them to BWC for a special day of holiday games and activities on Friday, Dec. 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Participants will watch movies, eat pizza and even go for a swim. Adults can get some last-minute shopping done or just enjoy a day to relax. We’ve got the kids covered. The sign-up deadline is Dec. 15. The cost is $35 for the first child and $30 for each sibling for members, or $40 for the first child and $35 for each sibling for non-members. Call (706) 278-9355 to check availability and sign up.
