The event is from 4 to 8 p.m. at the North Georgia Fairgrounds, 500 Legion Drive. Admission is free; all ages are invited. The event includes a concert, meal, raffle and auction to help with medical and travel-related expenses for Rolen's treatment. Rolen, a Whitfield County resident, has lost more than 100 pounds in his battle against cancer and has undergone T-cell fusion treatments in Houston. He is currently waiting to get into another trial treatment program. For more information, go to Guitars for Garret on Facebook or contact Donna Hopkins at donnahopkins1@rocketmail.com.
