Hamilton Medical Center, part of Hamilton Health Care System, recently hosted its annual nursing student symposium. More than 90 local nursing students participated, including students from Dalton State College, Georgia Northwestern Technical College, Reinhardt University, Chattanooga State Community College, Cleveland State Community College in Tennessee and Lee University. The event included sessions on interviewing skills, lifelong learning and human resources and a nursing panel. Students also toured various nursing units. The event is held every October to assist upcoming nursing graduates in succeeding in pursuing their career goals. Pictured are the participants along with some Hamilton Medical Center staff members.
