“People often set unrealistic goals, and attempt to make wholesale changes,” said Lesley Lutes, an associate professor of psychology at the University of British Columbia. “That all-or-nothing behavior becomes overwhelming, leaving you feeling deprived, and sets you up for failure.”
While all foods can be part of a healthy diet, sometimes we just need to hit reset and focus on eating more of the healthy foods we may be skimping on such as fruits and veggies. Chef Jasa has wonderful and creative ideas for making those healthy options tasty.
The class meets Tuesday from 6 to 8:45 p.m. The cost is $50. Class size is limited. For more information and to register, call (706) 529-3442.
