The Kenneth D. Ellinger, 49, of 2000 Chattanooga Road in Dalton, charged Oct. 27 by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with forgery is not the Ken W. Ellinger of Dalton, who is an associate professor at Dalton State College.
