Dalton Little Theatre presents play ‘It Can’t Happen Here’

Dalton Little Theatre continues the 2018 season with the play “It Can’t Happen Here” opening Friday. Based on the Sinclair Lewis novel, the play examines life in America in the aftermath of a pivotal presidential election and its impact on one small Vermont community.
The cast, directed by Mike Anthony, includes actors from across northwest Georgia and Tennessee and is presented in cooperation with Dramatists Play Service. The play contains adult subject matter and may not be suitable for younger audiences.

Production dates are Friday and Saturday and Oct. 26 and 27. There will be a show on Thursday, Oct. 25, and a Sunday matinee on Oct. 21. The Sunday matinee is at 2 p.m.; all other performances are at 7p.m. with doors opening at 6:30. Tickets are available online at www.daltonlittletheatre.com or by calling (706) 226-6618.
