Dalton downed Coahulla Creek 3-2 in a match between intra-county rivals Thursday.

Dalton took two of the three singles lines, with Will Merryman getting a 6-1, 6-2 win and Jay Zhou winning 6-3, 6-4.
Both Dalton doubles pairs, Jack Wells and Cesar Hurtado and Ben Thorne and William Carlson, went into a tiebreaker.
Northwest Whitfield 5, Southeast Whitfield 0
Northwest Whitfield swept Southeast Whitfield 5-0 Thursday.
In the first singles line, Southeast’s Jake Hasty took the first set 6-2, but Northwest’s Luke Gazaway responded with back-to-back 6-4 wins in set two in the tiebreaker to take the line. Northwest’s Jake Cummings and Henry Griffin both won 6-1, 6-1 in the other two singles lines.
Northwest’s Aiden Williams and Andy Nguyen took a 6-1, 6-3 win in doubles, and Jacob Summey and Brayden Ptak earned a 6-0, 6-1 win in the second to complete the sweep.

Dalton shut down Coahulla Creek 5-0 on Thursday.
Dalton’s Caroline Johnson took the first singles line 7-5, 4-6, 7-5. Ava White got a 6-4, 6-1 win in the second, and Annabelle Rollins won 6-1, 6-1 in the third.
Jocelyn Pacheco and Faith Manis won 6-2, 6-3 in doubles. Sydney Pressley battled back from dropping 4-6 in the first frame to win 6-3 and 10-3 on tiebreaker to win the second singles line.
Northwest Whitfield 5, Southeast Whitfield 0
Northwest Whitfield powered past Southeast Whitfield 5-0 on Thursday.
Isabella Griffin picked up a 6-1, 6-4 win in the first singles line, and Rachel Edwards and Mackenzie Lewallen both tallied 6-0, 6-0 wins in the second and third.
Holly Jackson and Ivy Turner won 6-1, 6-0 in the first line of doubles, and Morgan Redmond and Kylee Smith won 6-0, 6-0 in the second.
