“I would like to improve my performance in hitting. Getting the chance to go up to bat is my favorite part of softball and I always want to get better at it. I would like to improve my confidence during basketball, to let loose and not be scared sometimes.”
Malone answered a series of questions about her life in sports and out.

A: I want other people to remember me as someone who didn’t give up when it got hard, a player who could push through difficult situations.
Q: What are your plans for after high school?
A: I’m undecided on what I would like to study, but ,wherever that will be, I hope I am playing softball for them. I am looking forward to going as far as I can with softball.
