Dalton (girls) 73, Martin Luther King (Lithonia) 58
The Dalton Lady Catamounts finished third at the Pope Holiday Hounds Hoops Tournament in Marietta Saturday with a win over Martin Luther King, 73-58.

Lauren Parker led Dalton (8-5) with 14 points, while McCall Maret added 13 of her own. Kesley Schneller was close behind with 12 points, and Meghan Schneller added 11.
The Lady Catamounts host Calhoun at 6 p.m. Thursday.
Sonoraville (girls) 64, Christian Heritage 31
The Christian Heritage Lady Lions finished fourth at their home Carpet Capital Christmas Classic Saturday with a loss to Sonoraville, 64-31.
Madison Brown led the effort for the Lady Lions (6-6) with 11 points. Haddie Chambless and Faith Humphrey had 10 points apiece.
Christian Heritage host Rockmart at 4 p.m. Saturday.

The Coahulla Creek Lady Colts ended with a loss at the Cleveland (Tennessee) Under Armour Tournament Saturday after a win over Red Bank, 52-48.
Katelyn Richards led scoring with 16 points, while Mallory Poe added 10 points for the Lady Colts (11-4).
Coahulla Creek hosts Murray County at 7 p.m. Friday.
Cohaulla Creek (boys) 60, Sequoyah (Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee) 27
Coahulla Creek finished fifth at the Cleveland (Tennessee) Under Armour Tournament Saturday with a win over Sequoyah, 60-27.
Marc Pilcher finished with 15 points for the Colts (10-5), and Barrett Barbre added another 11 in the win.
Coahulla Creek hosts Murray County at 8:30 p.m. Friday.
Upperman (Baxter, Tennessee, boys) 56, North Murray 40
The North Murray Mountaineers finished with a loss at the Pigeon Forge (Tennessee) King of the Smokies Tournament Saturday to Upperman, 56-40.
Luke Griffin finished with 10 points in the loss for North Murray (13-4). Ladd McConkey was named to the all-tournament team.
The Mountaineers host Calhoun at 8:30 p.m. Friday.
Dalton State College 98, Life (Marietta) 86
Randy Bell finished with a game-high 24 points, including a perfect 6-for-6 from the 3-point line, while Sean Cranney and Sean Chislom added 18 apiece as Dalton State defeated Life University at home Saturday afternoon in a non-conference game, 98-86.
Three more players for the Roadrunners ended in double figures as Kingston Frazier, Elijah Staley and D’Anfernee Pugh each had 11 points in the win.
Dalton State returns to conference play when it hosts Faulkner (Alabama) at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
